1. What is your shipping timeframe?

Our estimated total delivery time is 4–9 business days within the United States. This includes:

  • 1–2 business days for order processing
  • 3–7 business days for shipping transit

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location, carrier operations, or seasonal demand.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer:

  • Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $49 USD
  • Orders under $49 USD are charged a flat shipping fee of $4.50 USD

There are no hidden shipping or handling charges.

3. What is your order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00), Monday through Friday, are typically processed on the same business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Which shipping carriers do you use?

5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

At this time, international shipping is not available.
