Established in 2016 PACCBET, which is pronounced Rassvet in English, was founded by Gosha Rubchinskiy and his friend pro-skater Tolia Titaev. The Paccbet clothing brand mixes jeans, pants, sweaters, and more streetwear silhouettes with subtle Soviet aesthetics; whether that be through Cyrillic script or graphic prints. ‘Paccbet’ means ‘dawn’ in Russian, reflecting Gosha’s mantra of finding the beauty in Russian culture, and bringing it to light.
